Letter from Europe
At the end of August, I was lucky enough to take part in a site visit, hosted by the investment bank Piper Sandler, to see European companies along the battery supply chain. We had meetings in Oslo with Freyr, Morrow Batteries and Vianode, went to Gothenburg to tour Volvo Car’s plant and Zeekr’s R&D facility, headed north of the Arctic Circle to tour Northvolt’s Ett Gigafactory and then concluded at Tesla’s Giga Berlin.
