Is the US critical minerals Executive Order enough?
One of the big news points of the month was President Trump’s Executive Order which invoked emergency powers to boost domestic production of critical minerals. The Order taps the Cold War-era Defense Production Act (DPA) to help provide financing, loans and other investment support to domestically process a range of critical minerals.
