Aussie SpodCon producers going flat out
April saw a number of results releases, with production reports particularly in focus this month. While it was a tough quarter for a number of nickel producers, with output down year on year, it’s fair to say that it was a cracking quarter, both from a demand and operating point of view, for Western Australia’s remaining spodumene concentrate producers. Pilbara Minerals (ASX:PLS) reported record production for the quarter while Galaxy Resources (ASX:GXY) reported its highest production quarter since CQ3/19 and its highest recovery ever.
