Delays for Brownfield lithium projects
Quarterly reporting from ASX-listed lithium producers highlighted once again how difficult it is to bring new projects into production in the battery materials segment. We already knew how difficult it was to bring Greenfield projects online given the tribulations experienced by Orocobre on its Olaroz brine project and the issues experienced by Altura and Pilbara Minerals at Pilgangoora.
