EU identifies graphite, lithium, cobalt as critical raw materials
A report by the EU’s executive, to be published in September, is expected to sound the alarm on the EU’s over-reliance on imports of critical raw materials which threaten to undermine its target to become climate neutral by 2050. The report is a call to arms to start building out a value chain for battery raw materials as soon as possible.
