France to launch EV leasing scheme
France has fleshed out its plans to proceed with an EV leasing scheme, which we reported earlier this year. The scheme will allow poorer households to lease EVs from a government organisation for €100 per month. But it is understood that availability of EVs may be one of the factors holding back a full roll out of the scheme.
