It’s been a tough 18 months for Rare Earth developer and producer stocks, with Shanghai NdPr prices having peaked in early-2022 and being pretty much in decline since then. But Rare Earths (REEs), and heavy rare earths (HREEs) in particular, are still strategically important materials and we need to see major investment in the sector if the Western World is to develop its own supply chain away from China.
