Piedmont building own little lithium conglomerate
Fresh from shifting its primary listing to the US from Australia, Piedmont Lithium (NASDAQ:PLL) seems to have embarked on quite a major acquisition spree. It started earlier this year with news that PLL had agreed to JV with Sayona Mining (ASX:SYA) on its planned acquisition of North American Lithium, the defunct lithium mine and converting facility in Quebec.
