Spodumene conc. our most preferred material
Spodumene concentrate has moved up from sixth place in our ranking in our March issue to the top spot in July as we become more constructive on the outlook for lithium chemicals. Cobalt is our least-preferred material. With inventories continuing to fall in Western Australia, we are becoming more positive, despite the weakness in prices in June and the reported consistent levels of spodumene concentrate inventories at converters in China.
